We accept all major credit/debit cards - EXCEPT American Express. Cheques should be made payable to Moose Cycles - you can find our address on the 'Contact' page, time should be allowed for cheques to clear. We also accept postal orders.
We offer finance on bikes over £500.
The price for the goods will be as stipulated on the website at the time when you place your order. If due to an error or omission, the price published for the goods on our website is wrong, we will inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to either cancel, or proceed with the order at the correct price. We reserve the right to make changes to offers or prices without any prior notice. All offers are subject to availability. We cannot accept responsibility if the details you provide us with are incorrect or if an incorrect order has been placed.

Shipping and Handling |
For orders from within the UK, we offer FREE shipping on ALL orders of £30 and over. There is a charge of £3 on orders below £30.
For overseas orders, we will get in touch to confirm the carriage charge before your final order is processed.
We endeavor to send out in-stock items the next day after the order is placed, however in exceptional circumstances this may take longer. We will advise you of any delay to your order. |

Back Orders |
If you place an order with us for an item that we are temporarily out of stock we will attempt to deliver as soon as possible within 28 days - after this time you may cancel your order with us by contacting us by telephone or e mail. |

Warranty Returns |
In the unlikely event of a claim under warranty,contact us to explain the nature of the problem and then return the item to us for inspection. Upon inspection if the item is deemed faulty we will replace or repair the item and send it back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that all labour and transportation costs are excluded from all warranty claims. |

Non Warranty Returns |
We will accept the return of any item within 7 days of delivery. For this type of return the customer is responsible for the safe return of the item and for all the delivery charges involved with the transaction.That includes cost of delivery even if the item was sent out "post free". You must additionally contact us (either by telephone or e-mail to gain your returns number) and to inform us of your decision to return your order prior to sending it to us. This is consistent with the Department of Trade and Industry's distance selling regulation. Please note we stress that the goods MUST be packed to the same standard it was received to avoid damage to the product. |

Transit damaged Returns |
Please check goods thoroughly before signing to say that you have received them in good condition.
Do not amend the signature sheet in any way. We will not accept any claim for goods signed unchecked
Please note if you declare that you have received your item in good condition, it is difficult later claim that your bicycle was in fact damaged in transit.
If you do receive an item which on inspection is unacceptably and substantially, damaged, refuse delivery of it. |

Moose Cycles is a real cycle store and we value every customer - shop & mail order customers alike. Most of the time the items in our products section are in stock, but sometimes we run out of stuff, if this happens please don't shout at us! If we are out of something you want we will always tell you and tell you when it's expected back in. We can get most things in within a few days - couriers permitting, so as long as there's been no mild snowfall or leaves falling on train tracks. We'd love to guarantee next day delivery but in the real world that can't be done. What we can guarantee is that we will get your goods to you as soon as is humanly possible, and that's a promise! |
