Description: The yeti 29er Hardtail takes a "yeti" approach to the realm of the 29ers and this means a frame thats a little slacker than most and a little lower than many other bikes to make its downhill handling what you would expect from a Yeti. They have also tried to keep the rear end of the bike as short as possible, to allow you to be able to get the front end of the bike up easier and generally try to make the bike handle more like a 26" bike. The rear end has interchangeable dropouts that allow the frame to be easily and neatly set up as a single speed. ( very similar to the whyte approach on their 29 er hardtails.
The frame is made of aluminium , but with a carbon fibre rear stay to improve to comfort at the rear.
